i enjoyed the fitness center. the trainers rahul and marwa offered helpful tips. widad, the attendant, made sure i had everything i needed. the hotel also boasts its own private beach, it felt clean and convenient.

the service felt slow. anything i ordered required multiple calls. i found the in-room dining manager unprofessional. at one point, an outdoor staff member questioned if i was a hotel guest, this made me uncomfortable.

the menu at the pool bar felt heavy and laminated. it reminded me of it should have been placed on a table. i suggest a qr code for that sort of thing.

the staff seemed friendly enough. i found the room spacious. my room had a balcony with chairs and a lounger. there was a gym with equipment for workouts.

the service felt a little slow. i asked for something, but they told me to ask someone else. the menu at the pool bar was a laminated sheet like it belonged on a table.
